1. Do you actually use real Poggenpohl parts or just whatever fits?

Real parts. Always. We’ve seen other guys shove a Home Depot hinge into a $50k Poggenpohl cabinet and call it a day. That’s not us. If we can’t get the exact part, we’ll tell you upfront – and show you a match that actually works.

2. My Poggenpohl kitchen is from 2002. Are you gonna laugh at it?

Nope. We work on old Poggenpohls all the time. Honestly? Some of the older ones are built better than the new stuff. We’ll fix whatever’s broken – hinge, drawer, scratch, whatever. We don’t judge the age.

3. How long are you gonna be in my kitchen?

Most small jobs – a broken drawer slide, a sagging door, a chip on the front – that’s 1 to 2 hours tops. We get in, get it done, and get out. You won’t even know we were there except your kitchen works again.

4. Do I have to empty all my cabinets before you show up?

God no. That’s a nightmare for you and for us. Leave your stuff where it is. We’ll work around it. The only time you need to clear anything is if we’re refacing multiple cabinets – and we’ll give you a heads up days before.

5. What’s this gonna cost me? Be real.

Here’s the real range – not the fake “call for pricing” nonsense:

• One broken hinge or drawer slide: $150 – $350

• Scratch or chip touch-up: $120 – $250

• Replace a whole door or front panel: $400 – $900

• Refacing a whole kitchen: $3k – $8k depending on size

We’ll give you a real number when we see it. No pressure. No “let me call my manager” games.

6. Do you come to my area or is this just a Jersey thing?

We’re all over NJ and NYC. Bergen County. Jersey City. Montclair. Short Hills. Manhattan. Brooklyn. Westchester. If you’re not sure, just call. We’ve probably driven to your town before.

7. Are you actually Poggenpohl guys or just regular handymen?

We’re Poggenpohl guys. There’s a difference. Poggenpohl doesn’t use standard hinges or drawer slides. The finishes are different. The mounting systems are weird if you’ve never seen them. We have. Many times. Regular handymen guess. We know.

8. What if your repair breaks again after a month?

Then we fix it again. Free. 90 days on everything we do. No arguing. No “that’s not covered.” Just call us and we’ll come back. We’d rather eat the time than have you mad at us.
